Warm Welcome and Check-In
Upon your arrival at Orthodontics of West Nyack, please check in with our friendly receptionist. This will ensure a smooth start to your visit. You will then be introduced to our smiling team, check out our office, and meet Drs. Kaplan or Campbell.
Exam and Pictures
Drs. Kaplan and Campbell will conduct a comprehensive examination to evaluate your orthodontic needs. We look at the whole picture – your teeth, bite, jaw, and face. To get more details, your doctor will need to take digital photographs and impressions, as well as panoramic and cephalometric X-rays.
Consultation and Customized Treatment Plan
Drs. Kaplan and Campbell take a conservative approach to their treatment. If it is the right time for you to have orthodontic treatment, they will discuss potential treatment options with you, address any questions you have, and provide an overview of the expected treatment timeline and associated costs.
Understanding Treatment Costs
We will review the cost of your treatment, which varies depending on the complexity of your case. Our team will discuss payment plans and insurance options to help you find a solution that fits your budget. We accept most insurance plans and offer various payment arrangements to make orthodontic care accessible.
Start Your Treatment
Orthodontic treatment requires multiple visits in which you will receive the best care possible. If you feel ready to begin your treatment and all your questions have been answered, we may be able to start your orthodontic journey on the same day as your first visit.
